First we went to Chuy's, an Austin staple for Mexican food with a funky vibe!
Then we headed to SoCo to cruise around some shops. Even though the boys haven't seen each other for a year and a half, they were besties right away!
Next we headed to Hey, Cupcake! For some cupcakes from a vintage Airstream trailer.
The next day we went to Zilker Park & Barton Springs to cool down.
and ride the train!
and then to Freddie's for lunch, where they have a playground for the kids!
Later in the evening, we went on a Bat Cruise boat down Lady Bird Lake, to see the bats at dusk come out from the South Congress bridge. The tour guide even let the boys both drive the boat!

Another evening, Brixton fell asleep and just Tina, Finn and I went out to cruise around SoCo again.
Finn fell asleep in the car and we had dinner at the fabulous Perla's!
Friday was a splash day at school and Brixton showed Finn the goat and pig at his school.
Saturday was the party and Tina and I had fun decorating for it! Thanks, Tina!! It wouldn't have looked this good without you!! :)
We had such a blast with them! I can't wait for another reunion!!
